2. Ex-officio and voting: Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research and Sponsored Programs
3. Ex officio and nonvoting: Director of Grants and Contracts.
   
   

Chair: Designated by the Provost and Vice Chancellor.
Term: Three years, rotating.
