2012-2013 ECSNA-Marshfield site meeting and activities
General Membership meetings are held the first Thursday of each month, except for January and Summer months
Up-Coming Events:
-February 22, 2013: Good Samaritan Dinner, ECSNA members help serve food at a free meal for community members who need it. The ECSNA supplies volunteer time, beverages, and deserts.
-March 1, 2013: Blood Center of Wisconsin Blood Drive at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital from 8:00a.m. to 12:00p.m., UWEC students are encouraged to donate blood or volunteer to help. Those who donate blood, try to donate blood, or volunteer to help will receive free pizza on March 7th at noon courtesy of the Marshfield ECSNA. The Blood Center takes walk in donors but would appreciate it if donors sign up online at www.bcw.edu/stjosephs for times or call (715)387-4990 to set up donation times to help things move smoothly.
-April 12, 2013: Feed My Starving Children, ECSNA volunteers to help buy and package food to send to children in need around the world.
-April 17, 2013: Hope Lodge Dinner, ECSNA members collect food and cook a meal at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Marshfield. ECSNA members cook, serve, and clean up after the meal. The meal is for oncology patients and their families/friends who are staying with them at the Hope Lodge while receiving care at the Marshfield Clinic and MSJH. The Hope Lodge provides free lodging for oncology patients and their families while they are in Marshfield for care.
-April 20, 2013: Safe Kids Day, Car Seat Recycling, ECSNA members help volunteer with car seat recycling and safety checks.
-May 4, 2013: Safe Kids Day, Distracted Driving Course, ECSNA volunteers help with a distracted driving course.
