The process of awarding scholarships for majors in the Department of Public Health Professions takes place in the spring semester for the following academic year.
An email will be sent to all declared majors indicating applications are being accepted and will include a deadline date for applications. Please read all criteria information carefully as it pertains to each scholarship. There are two parts to the Application Form, Part Two includes an essay addressing the Eligibility Criteria listed on UWEC Foundation Scholarship website below.
Application Form: Part One – Email will be sent to all admitted students when scholarships are available.
Application Form: Part Two – This link is the form for all UWEC Foundation ENPH scholarships. You can save this form if you do a SAVE AS and give it a name.

Complete one application form for all scholarships you are applying for through the Department of Public Health Professions. Carefully read all criteria information pertaining to each scholarship and indicate on the application form the scholarship(s) you are applying for. Make sure you meet eligibility requirements for the scholarship(s) you are applying for. The deadline date for applications is included on the email sent to all declared students majoring in Environmental Public Health.
