- Badgerlink: BadgerLink is a project of the Division for Libraries and community Learning of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Its goal is to provide, via the Web, increased access to information resources for Wisconsin residents in cooperation with the state's public, school, academic, and special libraries.
