The UW-Eau Claire Music & Theatre Arts Department presents more than one hundred concerts and recitals annually featuring large and small student ensembles, faculty ensembles, solo faculty recitals, student degree recitals, guest artist recitals; five mainstage plays; an active opera theatre ensemble; a one-act play festival; touring theatre; Danceworks, and several special events such as the nationally-recognized Jazz Festival and Viennese Ball.

INAFA is a music- and education-based organization with a goal of fostering the advancement, appreciation, preservation and understanding of Native American and other world flute traditions. INAFA members, musicians, music enthusiasts, educators, members of the Native American community and the general public are invited to this multicultural musical and educational event.
A $90 advance registration fee will allow access to all day classes and performances, as well as evening performances throughout the convention. Those interested may register in advance or at the INAFA table in the lobby of Haas Fine Arts Center on July 18. Per-day attendance options also are available. Evening concert tickets are $15 and may be purchased at the door.

A Midsummer Night's Dream
One of Shakespeare's most popular comedies, A Midsummer Night's Dream depicts the mis-adventures of two pairs of lovers, the feuding King and Queen of the Fairies, and an inept troupe of amateur actors. Our production combines a post-modern, steam-punk costume design with innovative staging devices to tell this classic tale in a new way.
