Events Publicity Data Form
Use this form to submit details about a university event to be held on campus or an event to be held off campus that is sponsored by a UW-Eau Claire department, program or organization. Complete and submit this form three weeks in advance of your event whenever possible. Consider the following when submitting your event information:
- Is this event posted on your website? If so, please check to see that the site is up-to-date and include the URL in the Additional Information field below.
- Has this event been added to the Master Calendar? Check with the calendar publisher for your department to have the event entered on the calendar, or contact the News Bureau at 715-836-4741 for support.
- Do you wish to submit information about a news tip? Please use the News tips submission form.
