EAU CLAIRE — The fifth annual 24-Hour Project — a show written, rehearsed and performed within 24 hours — will culminate with a performance open to the public at 7 p.m. Feb. 9 in the Riverside Theatre of the Haas Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Hosted by the UWEC Players, student artists from multiple disciplines will collaborate to produce a show that will incorporate one theme and location.
Abbey Lowenstein, president of the UWEC Players, said the event started as a way to bring together students with artistic interests from a variety of disciplines.
"It has definitely succeeded, and five years later, we are bringing together more artists than ever," Lowenstein said.
Tickets, available at the door, are $4 for general admission or $3 with a nonperishable food item donation.
